Low ego. It’s amazing what you can accomplish when you let ownership go. You can listen. You can change course easily. You can rally behind the BEST idea.

What are you excited about right now?

Rethinking event experiences. It’s so cool to design for in-person experiences where you can work with the senses to create memories through touch, smell and sound. We’re working on a camping booth theme now where attendees can earn merit badges, drink bug juice and hangout in a 1950s inspired camp setting. We’re really pushing the sensory sponsorship ideas on this one.
