Cornonavirus Update
The safety and well-being of our employees, clients, attendees and partners is a priority for Questex. We are closely monitoring Coronavirus updates for Questex events globally and will notify all parties of any changes or updates. Unless you have received notice, Questex events are taking place as scheduled.
What Questex Is Doing
As a live event company, it is important that we do everything we can to protect the well-being of our attendees, exhibitors, partners and employees. At Questex, we are monitoring protocols we need to follow should an event participant become sick with a fever, cough or shortness of breath.
- Our Event Operations team is reviewing the existing emergency operations plans for all venues.
- We are meeting with the emergency operations coordinators or planning teams at each of our venues.
- We are monitoring local, national and international public department agencies.
If a client, attendee or partner complains of 2019-nCoV symptoms and needs assistance, there are people on the premises who will contact local officials. Local officials are trained in these matters and will provide the correct protocol to move forward.
